One main domain plus addon domains, the number of which depends on the plan: the comparison table shows the total for each. Every site has its own folder, PHP version, databases and email addresses.
With Git, through a cPanel repository and automatic deployment described in a .cpanel.yml file, with SSH and rsync, or with SFTP. Composer and WP-CLI are available on the command line, and you can schedule cron jobs.
Yes for PHP applications (Laravel, Symfony, WordPress, PrestaShop…) with PHP 8.1 to 8.3 per site. Node.js and Python apps (Express, server-side Next.js, Django, Flask) run through Passenger, within the number of apps included in your plan.
